Panam\u00e1, 26 de agosto de 2024.<\/strong> El Ministerio de Gobierno (Mingob) conmemora el aniversario 25 del Instituto de Estudios Interdisciplinarios (IEI), que desde su creaci\u00f3n mediante la Ley 40 de 26 de agosto de 1999, que establece el R\u00e9gimen Especial de Responsabilidad Penal para la Adolescencia hasta la fecha ha atendido a m\u00e1s de 12 mil adolescentes en sus seis centros de custodia y cumplimiento a nivel nacional.
Actualmente, el IEI tiene bajo su responsabilidad a una poblaci\u00f3n de mil 302 j\u00f3venes en conflicto con la Ley Penal, entre privados de libertad y con sanciones y medidas no privativas de libertad. Su proceso de resocializaci\u00f3n se realiza mediante un Modelo de Intervenci\u00f3n Integral que abarca \u00e1reas como las competencias ciudadanas, educaci\u00f3n formal, familia y comunidad y salud integral.
Talleres de pintura, cocina, construcci\u00f3n, belleza, c\u00edrculos de lectura, cine foro, cr\u00eda de pollos, actividades deportivas, culturales y religiosas forman parte de las actividades realizadas en conjunto con otras instituciones, organizaciones no gubernamentales, empresa privada y la iglesia, para lograr la reinserci\u00f3n social de estos menores infractores.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
