Panam\u00e1, 2 de diciembre de 2022. \u2013<\/strong>\u00a0Con una log\u00edstica compuesta por juegos l\u00fadicos de \u00edndole psicoeducativos cimentados en tres din\u00e1micas denominadas \u201cPresentaci\u00f3n\u201d, \u201cLa Cola Caliente\u201d y \u201cCarrera de Sacos con Obst\u00e1culos\u201d, se realiz\u00f3 el primer Taller de Cuerdas del a\u00f1o 2022 con la participaci\u00f3n de j\u00f3venes del departamento de Sanciones y Medidas No Privativas de Libertad (SMNPL) del Instituto de Estudios Interdisciplinarios (IEI) y sus familias.<\/p>\n

La capacitaci\u00f3n que se efect\u00faa anualmente cumpli\u00f3 con los objetivos de fortalecer la interacci\u00f3n grupal, la competencia, resistencia y las habilidades para el trabajo en equipo cualidades necesarias para la sana adaptaci\u00f3n de los j\u00f3venes en conflicto con la Ley Penal al entorno social y de igual manera instruir a los familiares participantes en las capacidades inherentes al acompa\u00f1amiento del proceso resocializador.<\/p>\n

Carmen Bethancourth, t\u00e9cnica de SMNPL, manifest\u00f3 que los talleres de cuerda son una herramienta poderosa para lograr una mayor interrelaci\u00f3n grupal a trav\u00e9s del trabajo en conjunto y un buen liderazgo. \u201cEn esta ocasi\u00f3n los adolescentes del programa tuvieron su participaci\u00f3n en actividades donde demostraron una buena labor colectiva de competitividad y formaci\u00f3n\u201d, enfatiz\u00f3 Bethancourth.<\/p>\n

\u201cA trav\u00e9s de estas iniciativas le aportamos a los chicos un m\u00e9todo de ense\u00f1anza y aprendizaje experiencial, adem\u00e1s de que les permitimos robustecer la integraci\u00f3n, el desarrollo de l\u00edderes y la comunicaci\u00f3n, habilidades blandas fundamentales para lograr la reintegraci\u00f3n a la comunidad\u201d, concluy\u00f3 Betsy Mayorga psic\u00f3loga de SMNPL.<\/p>\n
