\u2013<\/strong>\u00a0Un total de 3 mil 98 atenciones familiares realiz\u00f3 el departamento de Sanciones y Medidas No Privativas de Libertad (SMNPL) del Instituto de Estudios Interdisciplinarios (IEI), fortaleciendo los avances del plan de cumplimiento para adolescentes en conflicto con la Ley Penal durante el periodo de julio 2021-julio 2022, brindando herramientas que evitan la reincidencia delictiva.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El departamento que ejecuta las penas alternas a la privaci\u00f3n de libertad impuestas a los j\u00f3venes con situaciones de infracci\u00f3n penal, busca lograr la resocializaci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de una intervenci\u00f3n estructurada dirigida a factores directamente conectados al comportamiento delincuencial y atendiendo las necesidades crimin\u00f3genas y las ventanas de oportunidades o factores protectores que se deben fortalecer.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cSeg\u00fan lo establecido en las metas prioritarias de reinserci\u00f3n social en SMNPL se procura desarrollar programas enmarcados en dicho fin y constantemente buscamos nuevas alianzas estrat\u00e9gicas para promover la participaci\u00f3n de las instituciones, asociaciones, iglesias y organizaciones que apoyen el cumplimiento de las sanciones y medidas contempladas en la Ley 40 de 1999\u201d, manifest\u00f3 Celina Bennett, directora de SMNPL.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El departamento ha efectuado 650 visitas domiciliarias (2021-2022), ha logrado beneficiar a m\u00e1s de 160 j\u00f3venes y sus familias con los programas \u201cEscuela para padres\u201d, \u201cTratamiento de adicciones\u201d, \u201cCompetencias laborarles\u201d, \u201cTejiendo v\u00ednculos y resolviendo conflictos\u201d, \u201cOfensores sexuales\u201d e \u201cIEI en tu comunidad\u201d; de igual manera, contempla una poblaci\u00f3n de 410 estudiando en b\u00e1sica general, pre-media, media, universidad y cursos vocacionales, y un total de 106 laborando.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Este a\u00f1o 2022 se han dise\u00f1ado nuevos proyectos enfocados en las \u00e1reas econ\u00f3micas, sociales y terap\u00e9uticas destac\u00e1ndose: \u201cPor ahora solo es mejor\u201d, \u201cSuperando el momento, \u201cReconoci\u00e9ndome\u201d y se mantienen alianzas estrat\u00e9gicas con el INADEH, MITRADEL, Centro de Atenci\u00f3n y
