Panam\u00e1, 26 de marzo de 2022.<\/strong>\u00a0Enfocar a los adolescentes con medidas privativas de libertad en el aprendizaje de un oficio que les facilite la creaci\u00f3n de un negocio propio es el objetivo del inicio del primer taller de Barber\u00eda, en el Centro de Cumplimento de Las Garzas (CCLG), con la cooperaci\u00f3n del Instituto Nacional de Formaci\u00f3n Profesional y Capacitaci\u00f3n para el Desarrollo Humano (INADEH).<\/p>\n

El curso que cuenta con una inscripci\u00f3n de 10 j\u00f3venes de las diferentes fases, tendr\u00e1 una duraci\u00f3n de 304 horas, apuntando a lograr que los participantes aprendan el manejo de las herramientas y t\u00e9cnicas necesarias para formase como barberos profesionales, administraci\u00f3n del negocio, servicio al cliente, buenas pr\u00e1cticas y conducci\u00f3n \u00e9tica.<\/p>\n

Norma D\u00edaz, directora del CCLG, manifest\u00f3 el compromiso con la formaci\u00f3n de una cultura laboral entre los internos. \u201cEstamos trabajando muy fuerte en los j\u00f3venes, fortaleciendo esos puntos positivos, es muy importante que los mismos est\u00e9n aprendido el arte de la barber\u00eda que es un trabajo honesto y que si lo siguen mejorando y puliendo lograr\u00e1n en un futuro ser due\u00f1os de sus propias barber\u00edas\u201d, afirm\u00f3.<\/p>\n

Corte de cabello y barba, ajuste y limpieza de herramientas, bigote, afeitada, delineado con m\u00e1quina y hojas de afeitar, cuidado y mantenimiento de estilo, tipos de clientes, rostros y cabellos, higiene, entre otros son los temas enmarcados dentro de la capacitaci\u00f3n. \u201cSe trata de modificar conductas, este proyecto es un m\u00e9todo para influir en ellos, es fundamental creer que s\u00ed pueden lograrlo\u201d, concluy\u00f3 D\u00edaz.<\/p>\n
