Chiriqu\u00ed, 16 de marzo de 2022.<\/strong>\u00a0Para optimizar el servicio y favorecer el proceso de resocializaci\u00f3n de los J\u00f3venes en conflicto con la Ley Penal, el Centro de Custodia y Cumplimiento Aurelio Granados Hijo de la provincia de Chiriqu\u00ed (CCCAGH) estrech\u00f3 lazos de coordinaci\u00f3n para la realizaci\u00f3n de nuevas capacitaciones con el Instituto Nacional de Formaci\u00f3n Profesional y Capacitaci\u00f3n para el Desarrollo Humano (INADEH).<\/p>\n

En esta primera reuni\u00f3n de coordinaci\u00f3n, se defini\u00f3 la ejecuci\u00f3n de los cursos de Formaci\u00f3n Integral para el Desarrollo Humano y de Mediaci\u00f3n en Conflictos, los cuales se dirigir\u00e1n primeramente al personal t\u00e9cnico, operativo y administrativo, luego a los adolescentes del centro.<\/p>\n

\u201cEs importante para nosotros como entidad gubernamental mantener una alianza estrat\u00e9gica con otra instituci\u00f3n del Estado como lo es el INADEH, por el bienestar de nuestros j\u00f3venes. Buscamos siempre el desarrollo de nuevos programas de capacitaci\u00f3n con miras a continuar fortaleciendo el servicio que brindamos para la reintegraci\u00f3n social de los internos\u201d, indic\u00f3 Marcelino Pe\u00f1a, director del CCCAGH.<\/p>\n

Entre la gama de ofertas acad\u00e9micas ofrecidas por el INADEH, se encuentran: Motivaci\u00f3n Laboral, Autoestima, Formaci\u00f3n en Valores Humanos, Trabajo en Equipo, Relaciones Humanas y Liderazgo, entre otros.<\/p>\n
