Panam\u00e1, 21 de enero de 2022.<\/strong> Con el prop\u00f3sito de lograr un trabajo en equipo, bien planificado y eficiente, a\u00fan en medio de la pandemia, el Instituto de Estudios Interdisciplinarios (IEI) desarroll\u00f3 el seminario denominado Trabajo en Equipo, organizado por el departamento de Capacitaci\u00f3n y Desarrollo del Servidor P\u00fablico del Ministerio de Gobierno.<\/p>\n

Crist\u00f3bal G\u00f3ndola, director del IEI, resalt\u00f3 la importancia de la colaboraci\u00f3n coordinada entre los miembros de una unidad gestora para el logro de un fin com\u00fan.<\/p>\n

Reconocer la diferencia entre equipo y grupo, descubrir las fortalezas y debilidades, aplicar una metodolog\u00eda apropiada para designar funciones, t\u00e9cnicas y procedimientos para incentivar el trabajo en conjunto, herramientas que fomentan la comunicaci\u00f3n eficaz y el desarrollo de las tareas de forma colaborativa, fueron algunos de los puntos desarrollados dentro del encuentro.<\/p>\n
