Panam\u00e1, 5 de noviembre de 2021.<\/strong> Con una destacada siembra de semillas y plantones de ma\u00edz, yuca, camote, pepino, habichuelas, aj\u00ed, tomates, cebollinas y zapallos iniciaron los huertos caseros en la provincia de Los Santos, actividad enmarcada dentro del programa \u201cIEI en Tu Comunidad\u201d para los j\u00f3venes con medidas y sanciones no privativas de libertad y sus familias.<\/p>\n

El prop\u00f3sito es fortalecer la resocializaci\u00f3n y reinserci\u00f3n laboral de los participantes mediante las herramientas y formaciones necesarias para la plantaci\u00f3n y cultivo de manera agroecol\u00f3gica que les permitan gestionar un medio de subsistencia para consumo y comercializaci\u00f3n, fortaleciendo los lazos familiares.<\/p>\n

Los rubros utilizados fueron donados por el Instituto de Investigaci\u00f3n Agropecuaria (IDIAP) y peque\u00f1os productores del \u00e1rea. De igual forma, se adelanta la formaci\u00f3n en creaci\u00f3n de semilleros. Mediante este proceso podremos obtener nuestras propias semillas y plantones para continuar con el trabajo\u201d, indic\u00f3 Danys Castro, encargada del proyecto en provincias centrales del IEI.<\/p>\n
