Panam\u00e1, 12 de agosto de 2021.<\/strong> Un grupo de 405 j\u00f3venes en conflicto con la ley penal fue atendido mediante la ejecuci\u00f3n del proceso de evaluaci\u00f3n e intervenci\u00f3n realizado por el departamento de Sanciones y Medidas No Privativas de Libertad del Instituto de Estudios Interdisciplinarios. 229 v\u00eda telef\u00f3nica, 141 en video llamadas, 68 por zoom y 174 presencialmente.<\/p>\n

Las evaluaciones tienen como objetivo identificar las causas del comportamiento delictivo para generar un plan de intervenci\u00f3n con oportunidades y elementos protectores que disminuyan la reincidencia en base al desarrollo de programas individuales, familiares y\/o grupales para lograr la reinserci\u00f3n de los infractores como ciudadanos respetuosos de la ley.<\/p>\n

\u201cPara nosotros es muy importante iniciar con el proceso de evaluaci\u00f3n porque nos permite conocer los factores que motivan el delito facilit\u00e1ndonos establecer un tratamiento en base a las necesidades del joven y su familia\u201d, indic\u00f3 Celina Bennett, jefa del departamento de Sanciones y Medidas No Privativas de Libertad del IEI.<\/p>\n

\u201cEsta metodolog\u00eda est\u00e1 indicada para ofrecer una ayuda m\u00e1s efectiva y eficaz, trabajando directamente los elementos que generan la mala conducta en los adolescentes para poder intervenir con la atenci\u00f3n necesaria y as\u00ed lograr un cambio positivo en los mismos, apuntando a la resocializaci\u00f3n\u201d, manifest\u00f3 Crist\u00f3bal G\u00f3ndola Laguna, director Nacional del Instituto de Estudios Interdisciplinarios.<\/p>\n
