Panam\u00e1, 12 de agosto de 2021.<\/strong> \u201cNo se trata de nunca caer, sino de aprender a levantarse\u201d, manifest\u00f3 una de las adolescentes en conflicto con la ley penal del Centro de Custodia y Cumplimento Residencia Femenina, tras su participaci\u00f3n en el taller interactivo en habilidades sociales, coordinado por la empresa Dfitcouple y el Instituto de Estudios Interdisciplinarios (IEI).<\/p>\n

El curso se enfoc\u00f3 en la ense\u00f1anza del buen manejo de la comunicaci\u00f3n y las relaciones sociales. \u201cNuestro programa es transformador y liberador, considero que el ser humano tiene la capacidad de cambiar su mente y transformar totalmente su entorno, lo cual se logra con informaci\u00f3n y habilidades detectadas\u201d subray\u00f3 Doralis Guevara \u201ccoach\u201d de Dfitcouple.<\/p>\n

Crist\u00f3bal G\u00f3ndola Laguna, director Nacional del IEI, indic\u00f3 la importancia de aprender a manejar el lenguaje verbal y no verbal como herramienta de gran ayuda para establecer mejores relaciones interpersonales, logrando que las j\u00f3venes desarrollen destrezas que les faculten a una buena reinserci\u00f3n social y laboral.<\/p>\n

\u201cLa capacitaci\u00f3n me ha permitido entender mucho sobre el tema y reflexionar sobre la manera de expresarme, la sana convivencia con mis compa\u00f1eras y la fortaleza para iniciar un nuevo camino contemplando las situaciones de manera positiva\u201d, indic\u00f3 otra de las participantes.<\/p>\n
