Panam\u00e1, 27 de julio de 2021.<\/strong> \u201cLa diferencia la hace la determinaci\u00f3n, el futuro no est\u00e1 escrito en piedra, las circunstancias no son causas determinantes de un futuro\u201d, con estas palabras Crist\u00f3bal G\u00f3ndola Laguna, director Nacional del Instituto de Estudios Interdisciplinarios (IEI), inici\u00f3 el acto de graduaci\u00f3n de los j\u00f3venes del Centro de Custodia de Arco Iris.<\/p>\n

Los adolescentes en conflicto con la ley penal se graduaron en los cursos \u201cJuventud\u201d, y \u201cEscuela de Valores\u201d, proyectos coordinados entre el Instituto de Estudios Interdisciplinarios, la Organizaci\u00f3n Dame un Chance, Probidsida y Human Ecology University.<\/p>\n

Lidia Casta\u00f1eda, directora del Centro de Custodia de Arco Iris, indic\u00f3 que los participantes se capacitaron en prevenci\u00f3n de VIH\/SIDA y dem\u00e1s infecciones de transmisi\u00f3n sexual, el uso correcto del preservativo, el riesgo de las relaciones sexuales sin protecci\u00f3n y el aprendizaje y pr\u00e1ctica de los valores, \u201ctoda la poblaci\u00f3n del centro se benefici\u00f3 con ambos programas\u201d, puntualiz\u00f3.<\/p>\n
