\"\"Panam\u00e1 24 de diciembre del 2018-\u00a0<\/strong>Unos 10 adolescentes del centro de Cumplimiento de Las Garzas participan en el curso de preparaci\u00f3n de postres y comida navide\u00f1a que el Ministerio de Gobierno (MinGob) ofrece con el apoyo del\u00a0 Instituto Nacional de Formaci\u00f3n Profesional y Capacitaci\u00f3n para el Desarrollo Humano (INADEH).<\/p>\n

Los\u00a0 participantes de este programa aprenden a preparar todo tipo de alimentos de forma que estos conocimientos les sirva cuando alcancen su libertad.<\/p>\n

En esta \u00e9poca del a\u00f1o se les ofrece un curso complementario, donde los adolescentes aprenden todo lo relacionado a la preparaci\u00f3n de los platos de fin de a\u00f1o como son: el pavo, el jam\u00f3n, el arroz con pollo y\u00a0 el arroz con dulce, entre otros; cada uno con una forma particular de prepararse.<\/p>\n

En cuanto a los postres, la ense\u00f1anza se centra en las galletas de navidad y el tronco navide\u00f1o basado en la correcta mezcla de harina, huevos y luego de amasarlo, se asa, hasta que tome la forma de bizcocho o lo que se conoce como brazo gitano, que es un pastel relleno que se enrrollar en forma de cilindro y luego\u00a0 se cubre con crema, chocolate, galletas, cerezas y nueces,\u00a0 entre otros ingredientes.<\/p>\n
