Panam\u00e1 30 de noviembre de 2015.<\/strong> El ministro de Gobierno, Milton Henr\u00edquez se reuni\u00f3 este lunes con los directores de las entidades de emergencia que conforman la Fuerza de Tarea Conjunta (FTC), para conocer los avances del proyecto de construcci\u00f3n del Centro Log\u00edstico Regional de Asistencia Humanitaria en Panam\u00e1.<\/p>\n Este Hub Humanitario ser\u00e1 el punto de convergencia de las Am\u00e9ricas para asistencia Humanitaria y estar\u00e1 ubicado en Howard y actualmente se realizan movimientos de tierra en el \u00e1rea que comprende 7.5 hect\u00e1reas.<\/p>\n Se prev\u00e9 que la obra culmine a finales del a\u00f1o 2016 y su inauguraci\u00f3n y funcionamiento inicien en el primer cuatrimestre del a\u00f1o 2017.<\/p>\n El titular de Gobierno, Milton Henr\u00edquez destac\u00f3 que para el funcionamiento del Hub Humanitario se debe trabajar en un convenio con la Cruz Roja.<\/p>\n Mientras que el director del Sistema Nacional de Protecci\u00f3n Civil (Sinaproc), Jos\u00e9 Donderis, indic\u00f3 que se est\u00e1 en la fase de ver el equipamiento del Hub en la parte de log\u00edstica y sistema de comunicaci\u00f3n que van a tener que ser adquiridos con los est\u00e1ndares internacionales los cuales se requieren para interconectarse y manejar todas las operaciones de asistencia humanitaria que tengan que ver con la activaci\u00f3n de este centro.<\/p>\n En cuanto al personal que se requiere para trabajar en este Centro Log\u00edstico Regional, Donderis manifest\u00f3 que ya se est\u00e1 levantando un perfil para las personas que van a operar este hub y el pr\u00f3ximo a\u00f1o iniciar\u00e1n las capacitaciones en cuanto a protocolos, funcionamientos y manejo del idioma ingl\u00e9s.<\/p>\n Jorge Sequeira, asesor de dise\u00f1o e implementaci\u00f3n para la construcci\u00f3n del Hub Humanitario, explic\u00f3 que se est\u00e1n trabajando en manuales de protocolos y procedimientos de funcionamientos de este Hub.<\/p>\n Daniel Schwarz, de la Estrella Roja de Israel destac\u00f3 la importancia del uso de la tecnolog\u00eda en el Hub como es el uso de drones y las aplicaciones para los tel\u00e9fonos celulares.<\/p>\n En esta reuni\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n participaron representantes de la Cruz Roja y la Media Luna Roja.<\/p>\n Publicado: Katherine Palacio\/ Foto: Israel V\u00e1squez<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Panam\u00e1 30 de noviembre de 2015.
