Panam\u00e1, 19 de agosto de 2026.-<\/strong>\u00a0Con el tema \u201cPanam\u00e1, Centro Humanitario de las Am\u00e9ricas: log\u00edstica que salva\u201d, la directora ejecutiva del Centro Log\u00edstico Regional de Asistencia (CLRAH), del Ministerio de Gobierno (Mingob), Holda \u00c1lvarez de Marr\u00e9, particip\u00f3 como expositora y penalista en las actividades conmemorativas en el D\u00eda Mundial de la Asistencia Humanitaria, organizadas por el Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores.<\/p>\n\n

\u00c1lvarez de Marr\u00e9, destac\u00f3 que el Centro Log\u00edstico tiene como funciones principales la recepci\u00f3n y manejo de insumos de ayuda, actividades que son esenciales para garantizar que los recursos lleguen a quienes m\u00e1s lo necesitan.<\/p>\n\n

Mencion\u00f3 que los usuarios del CLRAH son organizaciones internacionales como la Federaci\u00f3n Internacional de la Cruz Roja y Media Luna Roja y el Dep\u00f3sito de Respuesta Humanitaria de las Naciones Unidas y la bodega nacional del Sistema Nacional de Protecci\u00f3n Civil (Sinaproc), lo que permite una coordinaci\u00f3n eficiente entre diferentes actores, facilitando una respuesta m\u00e1s r\u00e1pida y efectiva a las crisis humanitarias.<\/p>\n\n

Igualmente, afirm\u00f3 que a trav\u00e9s de los usuarios internacionales se ha impactado a 25 pa\u00edses en los \u00faltimos siete a\u00f1os, reduciendo las necesidades generadas por eventos adversos en la regi\u00f3n y el Caribe.<\/p>\n\n

Explic\u00f3 que este centro cuenta con el primer observatorio de asistencia humanitaria en el mundo, siendo esta una herramienta para fortalecer el conocimiento, el an\u00e1lisis y la toma de decisiones humanitarias en la regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n

La directora del CLRAH tambi\u00e9n particip\u00f3 en el Panel de Di\u00e1logo \u201cPanam\u00e1, Centro Humanitario de las Am\u00e9ricas\u201d, cuyo moderador fue el viceministro de Asuntos Multilaterales y Cooperaci\u00f3n, Carlos Guevara Mann.<\/p>\n\n
