Panam\u00e1, 23 de septiembre de 2021.<\/strong> La ministra de Gobierno, Janaina Tewaney Mencomo, recibi\u00f3 la visita de la nueva directora Regional para las Am\u00e9ricas de la Federaci\u00f3n Internacional de la Cruz Roja y Media Luna Roja (IFRC), Martha Keays. Durante el encuentro se plante\u00f3 la posibilidad de realizar una Rueda de Negocios Humanitaria el pr\u00f3ximo a\u00f1o, en el marco de la Expocomer y Expo Log\u00edstica 2022, donde participar\u00e1 la IFRC a trav\u00e9s de sus sociedades nacionales de las cruces rojas.<\/p>\n

Este acercamiento busca estrechar y fortalecer los lazos de cooperaci\u00f3n y buena voluntad que se ha tenido entre el Centro Log\u00edstico Regional de Asistencia Humanitaria (CLRAH), a trav\u00e9s de iniciativas de facilitaci\u00f3n log\u00edstica y transferencia de conocimientos.<\/p>\n

La ministra Tewaney Mencomo resalt\u00f3 el apoyo por parte de la IFRC a las iniciativas del CLRAH, tanto en la facilitaci\u00f3n de los servicios log\u00edsticos humanitarios como en la transferencia de conocimientos a trav\u00e9s de la realizaci\u00f3n de \u201cwebinars\u201d con diversos expertos.<\/p>\n

Por su parte, el Director Ejecutivo del CLRAH present\u00f3 los avances de la propuesta para la segunda etapa del Hub Humanitario y Ecosistema Humanitario, que est\u00e1 en an\u00e1lisis y dise\u00f1o. Este permitir\u00e1 el desarrollo comercial de actividades vinculantes a la asistencia humanitaria, promover la reactivaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica y generaci\u00f3n de empleo, adem\u00e1s de la incorporaci\u00f3n de socios estrat\u00e9gicos de la comunidad humanitaria.<\/p>\n

Estuvieron presentes en esta reuni\u00f3n, el jefe de log\u00edstica para las Am\u00e9ricas de la IFRC, Mauricio Bustamante; la oficial Senior Ejecutiva de Enlace de la IFRC, Camila Tiraboschi; adem\u00e1s del oficial de Cooperaci\u00f3n y coordinador del Centro de transferencia de Conocimientos del CLRAH, Rafael Bonilla.<\/p>\n
