Panam\u00e1, 9 de febrero de 2021.<\/strong> Un total de mil 492 toneladas de ayuda humanitaria moviliz\u00f3 el Centro Log\u00edstico Regional de Asistencia Humanitaria (CLRAH) durante el 2020, revela esta dependencia de Ministerio de Gobierno (Mingob).<\/p>\n

En este periodo, desde el llamado Hub Humanitario, las operaciones de respuesta a la Covid-19 se distribuyeron 579 toneladas con un valor de 10.44 millones de d\u00f3lares a 39 pa\u00edses en la regi\u00f3n de las Am\u00e9ricas, concentr\u00e1ndose mayormente en el env\u00edo de equipo de protecci\u00f3n personal (mascarillas, guantes, trajes de protecci\u00f3n, term\u00f3metros infrarrojos, gafas de protecci\u00f3n y dem\u00e1s insumos).<\/p>\n

En noviembre, para atender a los afectados por los huracanes Eta e Iota, desde el CLRAH se movilizaron aproximadamente 254.6 toneladas con un valor de 1.34 millones d\u00f3lares en insumos como: equipos de protecci\u00f3n personal, de higiene, de cocina, de limpieza, mosquiteros y lonas pl\u00e1sticas, entre otras a Honduras, Nicaragua, Costa Rica y Panam\u00e1.<\/p>\n

Durante el 2020, a trav\u00e9s de sus usuarios internacionales, la Federaci\u00f3n Internacional de la Cruz Roja y Media Luna Roja (FICR) y el Dep\u00f3sito de Respuesta Humanitaria de las Naciones (UNRHD), el CLRAH envi\u00f3 respuestas a diferentes emergencias valorada en 24.1 millones de d\u00f3lares.<\/p>\n
