\"\"La viceministra de Gobierno, Juana L\u00f3pez, realiz\u00f3 un recorrido por las instalaciones del Centro Log\u00edstico Regional de Asistencia Humanitaria (CLRAH), acompa\u00f1ada por el subdirector de Relaciones Econ\u00f3micas Internacionales del Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores, Camilo Valdelamar y el director del Hub Humanitario, Alberto Sierra.<\/span><\/p>\n

El\u00a0\u00a0recorrido incluy\u00f3 la bodega del Sistema Nacional de Protecci\u00f3n Civil (Sinaproc) y el Centro de Operaciones de Emergencias (COE), donde se le explic\u00f3 a la viceministra L\u00f3pez, el trabajo de monitoreo que se realiza desde ese punto. As\u00ed como el tipo de art\u00edculos que se guardan en la bodega para los casos de emergencia que se registran.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Adicionalmente, visit\u00f3 el Dep\u00f3sito de Respuesta Humanitaria de las Naciones Unidas (UNHRD) y la Federaci\u00f3n Internacional de la Cruz Roja y la Media Luna Roja (IFRCO), en donde Francisco Quesada, gerente de UNHRD y Mauricio Bustamante, jefe de la Unidad Log\u00edstica de la IFRCO, explicaron la operaci\u00f3n y log\u00edstica que realizan desde\u00a0\u00a0cada una de las bodegas.<\/span><\/p>\n

La viceministra L\u00f3pez, resalt\u00f3 el valor incalculable que tiene el Hub Humanitario, no s\u00f3lo para Panam\u00e1, sino para la regi\u00f3n; y por ello recalc\u00f3 el compromiso del Ministerio de Gobierno de potenciarlo para que tantos los paname\u00f1os como extranjeros conozcan con qu\u00e9 contamos en el pa\u00eds y a que pueden tener acceso en un momento de emergencia.<\/span><\/p>\n

Previo al recorrido se efectu\u00f3 una presentaci\u00f3n sobre el Hub Humanitario, donde se detall\u00f3 que este permite la facilitaci\u00f3n de las actividades de recepci\u00f3n, manejo, almacenamiento y redistribuci\u00f3n de insumos y equipo, y la movilizaci\u00f3n de recurso humano frente a las emergencias nacionales e internacionales.<\/span><\/p>\n

Durante la presentaci\u00f3n se explic\u00f3 que de enero a octubre de 2019 se despacharon 600 toneladas de art\u00edculos en respuesta nacional e internacional.<\/span><\/p>\n

Entre otras cosas que el Hub Humanitario funciona adem\u00e1s como un centro de Transferencia de Conocimiento, y en este sentido durante el a\u00f1o pasado se recibi\u00f3 la visita de 763 personas, incluyendo delegaciones extranjeras.<\/span><\/p>\n
