\"\"Panam\u00e1 23 de noviembre de 2018.<\/strong>\u00a0Luego de la inauguraci\u00f3n del Centro Log\u00edstico Regional de Asistencia Humanitaria (CLRAH), el pasado lunes 19, la Federaci\u00f3n Internacional de la Cruz Roja y de la Media Luna Roja (FICR) usuario internacional del Hub Humanitario, ha iniciado su funcionamiento con el abastecimiento de su bodega con unos 2 mil metros c\u00fabicos de insumos para asistencia humanitaria.<\/p>\n

Estos insumos para la asistencia humanitaria constan de implementos de higiene personal, herramientas de construcci\u00f3n, utensilios de cocina, envases para agua, lonas, mosquiteros, frazadas e indumentaria para los voluntarios. Provienen de la Cruz Roja de Noruega, Reino Unido, Canad\u00e1 y Panam\u00e1.<\/p>\n

Edward Hidalgo, gerente de almac\u00e9n explic\u00f3 que en esta bodega no se almacenan alimentos, ni medicamentos, a excepci\u00f3n de implementos para primeros auxilios, pero cuentan con art\u00edculos de primera necesidad para dar respuesta inmediata ante alguna emergencia nacional e internacional.<\/p>\n

Resalt\u00f3 que adicionalmente se encuentran en un proceso de mudanza desde su antigua bodega ubicada tambi\u00e9n en Howard hacia las nuevas instalaciones dentro del Hub Humanitario. \u201cSe tiene preparado material b\u00e1sico de contingencia en caso de que durante la mudanza se d\u00e9 un caso de emergencia garantizar el servicio\u201d dijo Hidalgo.<\/p>\n

Esta bodega cuenta con una capacidad de 4 mil 800 m2 y contempla m\u00e1s de 2,000 posiciones de estanter\u00eda para el almacenamiento de insumos de asistencia humanitaria. Se prev\u00e9 que la bodega est\u00e9 completamente surtida en los pr\u00f3ximos 8 \u00f3 10 d\u00edas.<\/p>\n
